There is a CD version available as an in-cell pack or as a download or with a memory card headset for people in the community.
Thrive Inside offers a range of courses for residents in custody and people in recovery from addictions to support the well-being of residents and prison staff. 
(Currently suspended due to COVID)

 

While one-off workshops or sessions can be arranged, participants get the best results from regular weekly groups.

 

For example, the standard rolling 8-week course is delivered as a two to two and a half hour session each week, supported by the workbook, handbook and in-cell audio pack which residents can use to practice on their own in-cell or environment.

 

Shorter lunchtime sessions of 30 minutes can be made available to staff.

Plans are in place to offer a further material and even teacher training programmes in the future.
